
A native New Yorker born and raised in Queens, Schembeck has spent the past three years preparing meals for his hometown’s most important guests. As the Executive Chef at the United Nations Delegates Dining Room, he has created meals for Heads of State and Monarchs from around the globe. He has supervised the Heads of State Luncheon for the 60th, 61st and 62nd sessions of the UN General Assembly. This prestigious event is hosted annually by the Secretary General, who invites over 200 Heads of State.
Chef Schembeck was recently inducted into the “Club des Chefs des Chefs”, an exclusive culinary club for chefs who cater to Heads of State and Kings and Queens. He was selected to be an International Guest Chef for ARAMARK in 2007, a privilege offered to only 13 North American Chefs.
